The word Brahmanaad signifies the divine sound of creation — the essence of music. Founded in 1999 (Gudhi Padwa), Brahmanad Kala Mandal was established to spread musical and cultural awareness and to highlight the importance of art in human life.
Our experienced faculty including Dr. Pt. Sanjay Garud and Mrs. Ragini Garud ensure disciplined and authentic training.
Brahmanad Kala Mandal has trained hundreds of students who have excelled at district, state, and national levels. Regular performances at festivals, schools, and cultural events help students gain confidence and recognition.
Pt. Sanjay Garud, a renowned exponent of the Kirana Gharana, has received intensive classical training for 13 years under Late Pt. Shrikant Deshpande. He has performed at prestigious platforms including Sawai Gandharva Bhimsen Mahotsav (2011 & 2019).
He holds a Ph.D. in Indian Classical Vocal Music from Hessen International Universität, Germany, blending artistry with scholarship.
Mrs. Ragini Garud is a dedicated music educator with vast experience in Classical Vocal Music and Harmonium. Under her guidance, Brahmanad Kala Mandal functions as a registered examination center of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.
Teaching students from age 4 to senior citizens, she represents dedication, discipline, and lifelong commitment to music education.
